Serious (Stress) Eats

I'm shedding those lbs. This is proof!

I cooked again! I followed the Hungry Girl recipe for ‘The Great Greek Pizza’ except I didn’t use fat-free feta or ‘light’ string cheese (couldn’t find any!) so mine ended up being a bit higher in calories, fat and sodium, but it still not bad.
Mine was:
343.31 calories26.33g carbohydrates15.06g fat8.82g fiber27g protein1165.66mg sodium
Filling, delicious, and much healthier than an actual pizza. Plus, I just feel really accomplished and proud of myself for cooking!
I wish I had also taken a photo of the curried shrimp with tofu spaghetti that I made the other day - not that it was particularly interesting, I just like to share my (re)creations.
Oh and to make this I had to break one of my rules: not buying cheese. I now have both feta cheese and string cheese. I’m not fussed about the feta, but the string cheese are snack traps! Let’s hope I don’t eat too many too quickly.
