I saw your recent posts and you keep saying you shouldn’t eat peanut butter. Peanut butter is actually quite good for you.

Oh I agree with you! In moderation, peanut butter is great. But I tend to lose self-control when it comes to certain foods, and peanut butter is one of them. So I find it best to just stay away/refrain from buying it and only have it on particular occasions like if I’m indulging in a PB shake or if someone offers me a bit. Keeps me from eating the whole jar!
