And if you’re worried about the fat (since it is slightly high in fat), then you should try the lower fat kinds or get something like the Jif with Omega-3 (that way you’re getting good fats). (Note: I currently eat the Jif Creamy w/ Omega-3 and it’s yummy. The taste is no different than regular Jif.) Overall, peanut butter can be a satisfying treat…just as with anything you eat, only eat it in moderation! Hope that helps! :)

Oh I agree with you! In moderation, peanut butter is great. But I tend to lose self-control when it comes to certain foods, and peanut butter is one of them. So I find it best to just stay away/refrain from buying it and only have it on particular occasions like if I’m indulging in a PB shake or if someone offers me a bit. Keeps me from eating the whole jar!
