Or attempting to at least…I am by no means an experienced cook, but that looks so damn tasty, I just have to try! But I will make it less spicy because the user comments on that recipe are a little scary, what with their talk of “numb” and “burning” mouths.
This also means, however, that I have to go over to the Chinese supermarket tomorrow and buy a shit ton of ingredients, which is slightly annoying because I don’t want to buy things that may never be used again. Oh well. It will keep me occupied, and it will surely be delish.
